Flow wrapping, or horizontal form fill and seal wrapping, is the process of wrapping product with a film and sealing it in one continuous operation.
Numerous styles of wrap are available, including pillow-type packs  with end-seals and a back-seal fin usually on the base, to packs specially designed for confectionery and similar products. We can flow-wrap packs with backing or insert cards, these can be hot or cold seal. We cover the entire range – from single-unit packs to large multipacks.
All lines are equipped with check-weighers, metal detectors, end-of-line case tapers and of course ICE coders to ensure that your best before dates, lot and barcodes are all added to the pack where required.
