We have dedicated staff to encompass a wide range of hand assembly items including re-work, gift items, promotional work and resorting. We undertake manual/hand packing when either the packaging or product configuration dictates, or if the product is unsuitable for being machine filled.

For example, we weigh and fill tubs and bags where the product or packaging dictates. Whatever the requirement – merchandising units, dollies, shippers, hods, etc. – we have great experience in the packing of in-store displays for major retailers. We also offer shrink-wrapping, L-sealing, and many other bespoke packing services.

Pot-filling involves the filling of pots, buckets, jars and tubs with product before sealing them. Most of our hand packing is undertaken in clean-room environments.
